I was thinking just a politics forum, an "other"forum with sub forums, Dreamy's meet and greet and SA's armegeddon and maybe an an archive. I
can move all the posts to those areas so we don't lose anything.

I think you're using a meat axe where a scalpel would do. I don't see anything wrong with category forums. I like having a separate one to bitch about
sports, one for goofy youtubes, one for science, etc.
I think you're reacting to a problem that doesn't exist. |

I think there's a way to make it work for everyone. I didn't want to have too many dead forums on the front page. Too much like SJ.
I may be able to put the sub forums on the front page with latest post, etc.. The main forum (also SA and Dreamy's) and sub-forums could be one category and the admin and archive could be another category. Sound okay? BTW Admins can move stuff to the archive. Or remove stuff. General members can't edit or delete. We good? |
